This recipe makes 4 delicious burger patties.


  • 1 pound of ground sheep meat
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • ΒΌ teaspoon allspice, ground
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled
  • Rolls of your choice


  • Preheat your grill.
  • Mix the meat and all ingredients in a large bowl until they are well blended. Shape your meat mixture into four patties.
  • Oil your grill then place your patties onto the grill for about 5 minutes on each side or until well done.
  • Grill your bread slightly before assembling your sandwich. Add more feta cheese and serve with your favourite condiments and toppings.
